These categories are used only for app functionality such as verification, tipping, payouts, and customer support. We do not sell this information.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, and device identifiers used for push notifications and session security)
• Location data (with your permission), including precise or coarse location when an employer sets a business address on the map
• Log data (usage data, session length, pages viewed)

• Providing Services: To facilitate transactions, including tipping, rating, and reviewing service staff.
• Identity and KYC verification: To verify workers and businesses as required for payouts and regulatory compliance.
• Payment Processing: To process payments and transfer tips securely. tirelo does not store customer funds; all payments and financial services are processed via licensed banking and financial partners.
• Improving Our Services: To analyze user behavior, improve website/app features, and enhance the user experience.
• Communication: To send you service updates, notifications (including push notifications about tips and payouts), and responses to your queries.
• Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your tirelo account from within the mobile app under Profile & Settings → Delete Account. Because tirelo provides KYC-verified tipping and payout services, deletion requests are completed by our support team after identity verification. We typically complete deletion within 30 days and will confirm by email or phone.

When your account is deleted, we remove personal profile data that we are not legally required to retain. We may retain transaction, payout, and KYC records for the period required by applicable financial and tax regulations. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
